1. Learning support and these terms
These terms describe use of the LearnAppu website, learning tools, and related desktop experience. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms and applicable requirements. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LearnAppu provides supplementary learning support. It does not replace a teacher, accredited course, or professional advice, and does not guarantee grades, exam outcomes, or admission results.
2. Accounts and responsible access
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Do not access another person's account, share sign-in codes, or bypass access restrictions. Notify hello@learnappu.com if you suspect unauthorized account use.
If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian where required. Schools and organizations should confirm suitability and any required arrangements before using the service with students.
3. Academic integrity and acceptable use
Use explanations and practice to develop your own understanding. Follow your school's rules about AI assistance, assessments, and attribution. Do not use LearnAppu to impersonate another student, evade exam rules, or submit prohibited AI-generated work as your own.
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; expose someone else's personal information; interfere with the platform; attempt unauthorized access; or evade usage limits. Access may be restricted when needed to address misuse or protect the service.
4. AI responses, diagrams, and feedback
AI explanations, answers, feedback, and generated or edited images can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important equations, labels, reasoning, and conclusions against reliable course materials. An AI check is not a guarantee of correctness.
Model availability and output can vary. A request may fail or require another attempt. Report problems with the relevant question and page or session link; do not rely on the service for time-critical or safety-critical decisions.
5. Your uploads and community contributions
You retain any rights you hold in your original contributions. Submit only material you have permission to use and, where applicable, share. By contributing content to a learning or community feature, you permit LearnAppu to process, store, and display it as needed to operate that feature.
Visual Learning questions, explanations, follow-ups, and images can be automatically published in Community Concepts and reused in responses for other students. Avoid personal or confidential information. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail and contact hello@learnappu.com to raise a removal concern.
6. Platform and third-party materials
LearnAppu interface elements and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party textbook content, open educational resources, user contributions, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective rights and license terms.
Do not remove required attribution, misrepresent ownership, or redistribute material contrary to its applicable license. This section does not override permissions granted by an open-content license or rights provided by law.
7. Plans, payments, and billing questions
Free previews and paid access have limits that depend on the selected subject and plan. Review Pricing and the checkout information for current charges, included features, billing intervals, and renewal conditions. Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer.
Contact hello@learnappu.com about a charge, access problem, cancellation, or refund request. Include an account email and receipt reference, not full payment-card details. The outcome depends on the purchase terms and applicable requirements; contacting support does not itself cancel a subscription or guarantee a refund.
8. Changes and availability
Features, supported courses, and third-party integrations may change. Service can be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or provider availability. Keep your own copy of work you need independently of LearnAppu.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Review them periodically. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Questions, reports, and disputes
For a terms question, content report, or service concern, contact hello@learnappu.com. Describe the issue and provide relevant links so it can be investigated. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or sensitive personal records.
